The Length of cancel deserves to be lengthened.

otherwise the server is gonna be overun of sps-nubs

and I'm not even gonna start talking about siege parties.

The staff is aware of the cast time of cancel. The time it takes to cast has been doubled, and if we feel it is still not long enough it will be tripled.
