Titanium ROBE fixed

Titanium Robe is not giving +1000 mana, as it is said in description of it. When im earing it, it is not giving that mana. And even if it will work, it is unuseful, cause u can't wear that armor at olympiad, so u don't really need that mana, so u can make that bonus with +1000 HP or CP or both of them. Try to think about that.
