The link provided for C4 Client is so damn sloow

I googled it but all the links for C4 are dead...so im stuck with 30kb/s

Download a program named Internet download manager.

with that, even the slowest FTP's go at least 500kb per sec

I wont say where I got it, but its a pretty infamous Bit Torrent site having to do with Pirates in an Ithsmus >.>

But the client that Draven suggested is one I use personally. Internet Download Manager is an extremely good client thats proven itself to me a bunch of times, theres that and Free Download Manager that top the charts in my book really.

Both will throttle speeds for you, while still keeping strain reletively low on the main servers, so definitely check them out if your doing any direct downloading.
