Alright I thought about a new custom area concept which would split the areas into PvE, PvP, Solo and group or something.

This would be the idea:

Giants Cave could remain a peace zone and a party area. But might make the spawn time of Anakim, Lilith and Shax more random - like 35 to 50 hours would be an idea so people will start fighting for it and dont run into GC 2min before the raids are up cuz they are pussy.


Solo or even better, a duo area I will make a poll about which area might be changed to be like that. Idea is pretty basic: Normal hunting area - non chaotic, arround 200 or 250k runes and a low chance of SA s-grade drops. Because nobody even cares about going EF or ER w/e area is modded atm cuz the drops just suck.

PvP Version of GC: Primeval Island - Imperial Tomb - MoS Dunno which is the best, might be discussed about, too. Personally I think all of these are good. Mobs and drops can be as they are in Giants Cave, just like 5 to 10% higher chance of weapon drops and a might add a very low chance on dropping Dusk Items - 1 to maximum 5%. Would attract lots of people to PvP and PvE there. This is my favourite idea tbh :p

DVC is cool as it is, just sometimes spawn protection and high evasion of mobs annoy me. Example: Pedro gets killed. Pedro gets twice as many people as you got but you cant do shit about it because of the spawn protection. W/e thats not the point of this post.

And obviously if CoT would be elected(?) oO as the duo or solo area Elven Fortress should be removed.

Please vote for the areas of your choice. The Group area with the most votes and the Duo are with the most votes might be added

I agree with everything you said here.. and I voted for Elven fortress but if Elven fortress is fixed up it should be moved to Elven ruins. A much more cooler area Very Happy

Edit: One thing I didn't agree on was Ruin's of agony.. I don't really see that being a high level mob zone any time soon.

We got that already. My point is to get the existing areas modified and maybe 1 new area where you combine stuff Like GC and a PvP Area.

So if the poll would end right now and they implement the new areas it would be like this:




Giants Cave will stay but the Raid Boss respawn times should be changed IMO :p

EF Mobs will be removed and spawned in CoT with better drops [and maybe decreased HP cuz atm it just takes to long to kill em]

Primeval Island would be added and have GC mobs with better drops (as listed in the first post) and would be a chaotic zone.

DVC will stay but FoG mobs might have their evasion decreased because fighters suck at killing them.

Good idea. Also you guys could add something like custom weapons and Custom armors (Not Duks items) to be droped at PI (PI sounds best for Group farming area). Also raid bosses time should be random for sure. Also the Runes count should be changed to 300-500 Runes for each S/A (Depends on weapon like IS acumen 200 runes and Am acumen 500 runes cuz u can use Shield with it) it's alot of work, but people like custom things. Also you should add more S/A's (If it's possible).

Just seems as people prefer CoT over EF as you can see in the poll results. Anyway if it would be to much work to change it, it might be enough to just modify the mobs as you can see in the first post.

i spoke to lundie on vent last week about adding a chaotic zone similar to a couple of other servers, good drops, combat zone, no karma upon killing ppl but he wasnt all that interested :/ good idea imo, but most places like Cot, ruins of agony, EF are too small, and GC is too big, i think a modified Imp Tomb would do nicely...

and btw if it takes u too long to kill the mobs at EF then theres something wrong with u, it takes me less than 10 seconds to kill the stakato's on my necro

Other people just told me that I should add these areas in my poll.

So once again let me form a suggestion post ><

GC = Same, shax - anakim - lilith get respawn times changed to a variable time and not static 50 hours.

CoT = Mobs weaker than they are now, more rune drops. Also normal s-grade drops at 7% isnt very seductive.

Chaotic Zone = Imperial Tomb. Mobs with GC Power but better drops: Slightly more runes, slightly better weapon drop rate, 1 to maximum 5% chance of dusk item drops. Just 1 spawn point, people will fucking start a massacre about that area I hope lol.

DVC = Decreased evasion on FoG Mobs, rest is cool

Edit: Kontrol it took me a long time to take the mobs down on Ilix' archer with cov o.o atleast the Pirates. If it was meant to be L2x style, the mobs were able to take 5 hits from a fullbuffed bishop there ^^

Well the are that Lundie chooses, please make it a Combat Area also for PvP!

It would be cool to have a good area to farm and PvP at the same time.
